Homebrew: WP7 Root Tools 0.9 Alpha now available

Heathcliff74 , known developer and member of the XDA community, has just released a new version of the homebrew "Root WP7 Tools 0.9 Alpha" that allow full access to our Windows Phone smartphone. Everything we need is a device unlock unlocked with interop. The application is now compatible with various devices, such as:
  • Samsung Omnia 7
  • Samsung Omnia W
  • HTC Trophy
  • HTC Mozart
  • HTC HD7
  • LG Optimus 7

The application is still in alpha since it requires several improvements and in this regard the developer suggests a backup before the installation, in the case where there were some problems. Obviously the developer and the drafting of Plaffo are free of any problems brought to your terminal in case of mishandling.

The purpose of this application, at least in the words of the developer, is to "open up" the system and take direct control of it from the user owner of Windows Phone. Among the features of the application are:
  • File explorer
  • Registry Editor
  • Certified Installer and to Policy Editor
This application should work on devices with custom rom's. Installing Root WP7 Tools 0.9 Alpha will be in different phases where the device will restart automatically but for the next step must start the application again after restarting.

For more info please visit the official thread on XDA and download the application at this link
