4th & Mayor foursquare client updated to version 3.12

As promised in the course of frequent releases that have been forced in recent times to bring their app to the recent changes in the Foursquare API , the developer Jeff Wilcox has recently updated its client Foursquare alternative for Windows Phone to the version 3.12 (3.12.0.0.)
